Adding Fall to My Lightweight Dress

 This is a fun fall dress I got last year.  Can you see the stripes?

It's cute, but lightweight.  I needed to fall it up a little... so I didn't have to hike the heat up... hubs doesn't like how that hikes the bill up! :)

 

I added leggings, a scarf, jacket and boots!

Yep, that will do!

Scarves help keep you so warm don't you think?

 

 

 

 



Plaid Mustard and Boobie Prison

Are we sensing that I love mustard?  That would be totally correct.

 

My kitchen was all mustard and a few months ago I wanted to paint it, but couldn't let go of that color, so now I have mustard stripes! 

Sorry, that was random... but don't you LOVE it?

 

Anywho...

Tis fall, thus the plaid.  I only own 2 plaid shirts.  How about you any plaid?  I feel like I could add just a couple more plaid items to my collection.

 

Do you watch New Girl?  I recently started watching via Netflix and am on season 2 now!

Love that show!  When Jessica Day lost her job as a teacher she sat around in her jammies all day and glorified the fact that she didn't have to put her boobs into (bra) prison everyday!  I laughed... hilarious... boobie prison!

 

You know the great thing about being small breasted?  If I don't want to be imprisoned every day... I don't have to!  I just put on my camisole-like underwear so nothing flops around... because I have had 4 kids you know... and I'm set for the day!

 

This would be one of those days... I know... you can't tell the difference!

It rained here, but at least it was warm!  The warm part isn't normal here this time of year!

I finally did it... I wore my pleather leggings!

I bought them forever ago, in fact both these leggings and this top are out for the first time on this wear!  I did it... and you know what... I liked it!

 

I feel much more comfy in these with the lycra back, than I would full pleather!  They are more forgiving!  My butt would look like a black disco mirror ball if I wore those!  Not quite as slick and firm as the skinny, bottomless, 20 year olds!  BUT, I don't have to be... lycra back! 

 

This necklace is now up for sale at CCMakesStuff on Storenvy... I only have 4 left!

Saturday Wardrobe

What do you do on Saturday's?

Do you sleep in, wear sweats, or go out, run errands?

Saturday's here usually involve me out on a photo shoot and everyone else home chillaxing.

They also involve a long run usually, but that is for another blog!

 

My Saturday clothing is all about cute comfort and function.

But, of course I still like to be stylish.

 

Here is a recent Saturday look.

I started with a scarf to keep me warm w/o wearing my coat...

I eventually warmed up and didn't need it... photography is a workout!
